We work closely with the management team of the target business during
the due diligence process to create a thorough and comprehensive operating
plan that serves as the basis for our investment. Post acquisition, we
work with the management team on executing the operational plan with very
clear milestones that implicitly reflect our focus on risk mitigation
and capital preservation.
