Founder and Managing Partner

Vikram Chachra has pioneered ground breaking mobile data initiatives that have helped lay the foundation of mobile commerce in North America and Europe.

He co-founded SNAZ Commerce Solutions and raised $20 mm in venture funding to create global mobile commerce service network with over 350 vendor partners across North America and Europe. As head of sales and operations, Vikram was responsible for licensing the SNAZ service platform to 12 major wireless clients including AT&T, Alltel, GoAmerica, Nextel, Rogers AT&T, Palm and BT Cellnet.

Most recently, as head of sales for MoreMagic, a leading wireless software startup, Vikram developed and deployed a successful market entry strategy for North America. He was responsible for creating and managing many of the company’s successful software channel partnerships with leading wireless infrastructure players including Openwave, Palm, Motorola, Nokia, Portal Software, CSG Keenan, TSI connections and Intec.

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Stern School of Business, New York University, a Master’s in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shriram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

Suri Gopalan is single handedly responsible for laying the foundation of South Asian media and entertainment business in North America. As founder & CEO of VistaIndia, he is the visionary behind the largest distribution network for South Asian media and entertainment via his well-known retail brand ‘Raaga’.

He is also the founder & CEO of Cinebella, the largest global distribution company for independent South Asian feature films and television programming. With over 15 years of operating experience in the media and entertainment industry, Suri brings an unmatched wealth of knowledge, operating experience and contacts within the Indian genre of media and entertainment business.

He holds a Master’s in Business Studies from Columbia, a Master’s in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from the College of Wooster.
